Your account information and your child's details are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never store payment card details on our own servers.
All billing runs through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by major online retailers. StoryPath never sees or stores your full card number.
Every chapter is written specifically for your child's age group — vocabulary, pacing, and themes are matched to their reading level, and any inappropriate details are automatically filtered out before a story is generated.
Nothing to install, no account for your child to manage on their own. Chapters simply arrive by email, so there's no separate app collecting data on your child's device.
The information you share when signing up is used only to personalize your child's story. We do not sell, rent, or share it with advertisers or third parties.
No long-term contracts. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your secure Stripe billing portal — no phone calls, no hoops.
When you sign up, we collect only what's needed to personalize the story — your child's first name, age, a friend's name, favorite things, and something they're a little scared of. This is used exclusively to generate that night's chapter.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All signups are completed by a parent or guardian.
Every chapter is generated with built-in safeguards: if any detail provided is inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable for a children's story, it is automatically replaced with a wholesome, neutral default rather than included as written.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can update your payment method, change plans, or cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you always get what you've already paid for.
